Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store and use the personal information you give to us.
In order for us to respond to your enquiry or comment, using the web site contact form, we collect some personal information from you.
What information do we collect?
We collect the following information from the contact form:-

You provide the information by completing and submitting the contact form.
How will it be used?
We do not use the collected information for any purpose other than to respond to your enquiry or comment.
How long will it be kept for?
The information you provide is not stored in a database but is sent directly to the email account used for the sole purpose of the contact form. The email account to which it is sent is emptied on a monthly basis. The data you provide will therefore be kept for no longer than one calendar month.
With whom will it be shared?
The information you provide via the contact form will never be shared, or sold to any third party, unless we are required to do so by a lawful request by a governmental or law enforcement authority.
We will not sell your information.
We will only share your personal information where we are legally required to, or as a result of a lawful request by a governmental or law enforcement authority.
We keep your information safe and secure.
The security of your information is very important.
We currently self-host our site and email system, so we are both Data Controller and Data Processor in this regard.
Where we may need to engage a external Data Processor, we only work with suppliers we trust and they will have agreed to the terms of our Data Processor Agreement. Such trusted suppliers will not sell your information, nor will they share it, unless ordered to do so by a governmental or law enforcement authority .
Your information will be treated as private & confidential, in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and EU GDPR.
If we change our hosting or email partners, this document will be updated to reflect that.
We regularly review our security processes and ensure they are kept up to date and in line with latest developments in technology.
Your rights.
In regard to the data collected by the web site contact form:
- You have the right to request a copy of all of the information we hold about you.
This is known as a Subject Access Request. - You have the right to have any incorrect information corrected.
- You have the right to have your personal information removed from our systems. This is automatically done every
month, so you will never have to exercise this right. - You have the right to request your information in a machine-readable format, in case you wish to use it elsewhere. This
is known as Data Portability. The data is stored in a plain text email and it contains your name, email address, your
phone number (if you provided it) and an enquiry or comment about this site or service.
To request any action in regard of your rights, please email dataprotection@rgsit_com_2020.rgsit.com, telling us what you’d like us to do.
We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it.
